A Garden in Full Feather brings the peacock and the flowering garden together as twin expressions of abundance. Built through luminous, tactile layers of oil pastel, the bird rises from a dense gathering of blossoms, while its sweeping plumage seems to become part of the garden itself. Jewel-like blues, tender pinks, violets and warm yellows create a lively rhythm across the surface. At this intimate scale, the work invites close looking and reflects Chitakshi’s enduring engagement with nature as a space of beauty, renewal and quiet wonder.
